ACP-EU Energy Facility Project Monitoring Guide for EU Delegations

Projects funded under the ACP-EU Energy Facility are overseen and monitored in the first instance by EU Delegation Task Managers.

As there are a variety of technologies and project designs employed, the Project Monitoring Guide is designed to be a reference document that can be consulted as needed, for example before a project monitoring field trip.

This document is hoped to provide Task Managers with a preliminary understanding of the technologies employed and/ or the institutional and regulatory frameworks applied in the energy sector.
